Hotel terms and policies

1. Check-in and check-out

Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m.

Check-out is before 11:30 a.m.

Guests may request early check-in or late check-out, always subject to availability and with a fixed additional fee, regardless of the number of hours used:

• Early check-in from 12:00 noon: $20 + tax
• Early check-in in the morning (before 12:00 noon): $40 + tax
• Late check-out until 1:30 p.m.: $20 + tax

Front desk hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Outside these hours we always have staff available to welcome you and help with anything you need.

2. Common areas, spa and services

Guests have access to the lounge area, breakfast terrace and garden from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Hotel guests can use the hydromassage pool free of charge (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Access is booked by limited slots and must be requested at the front desk.

Lúmina Spa offers a dry sauna, indoor jacuzzi and massages at an additional cost.

Continental breakfast is included in the rate.

3. Reservation and cancellation policies

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before check-in. After that, the first night plus tax will be charged.

We accept direct bookings and bookings through digital platforms.

Payment for the stay is made at check-in by credit or debit card.

Minibar consumption and other services such as transport are charged to the room and paid at the end of the stay.

For multiple-room bookings or long stays, a 50% deposit is required.

4. Visitors and occupancy

The room area is reserved exclusively for guests and companions registered at check-in. Guests may meet visitors in the common areas, provided they respect the house rules.

In line with our security policies, anyone entering the room area for night visits or temporary stays must pay $50 + tax and present a valid ID.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional person costs USD $20 + tax.

Maximum occupancy per room:

• Master Suite, Superior and Comfort: up to 2 adults.
• Standard: up to 4 adults.

5. Children, pets and accessibility

Children of any age are welcome under the supervision and responsibility of their parents. Baby cribs are not available.

Pets are not allowed.

Due to the original structure of the building, we are not accessible for guests with reduced mobility (stairs are required to reach the rooms).

6. House rules

Smoking is not permitted in any area of the hotel, in compliance with Salvadoran law.

Please keep noise levels low at all times, especially inside the rooms, so that everyone can rest.

Violent behaviour towards other guests or staff, excessive noise or indecent conduct may result in the immediate termination of the stay with the full reservation charged.

7. Safety and liability

There are no safes in the rooms or at the front desk.

Any damage, total or partial, intentional or accidental, to hotel property will result in an additional charge proportional to the damage.

Security cameras are installed in the common areas.

8. Housekeeping and services

Daily housekeeping is available upon request.

Bed linen and towels are changed only upon request.

After 4:00 p.m. full cleaning is not available; only spot cleaning when necessary.

9. Payment methods

Reservations can be paid by credit or debit card, or by local bank transfer, which must show as credited before check-in.

Minibar consumption can also be paid in cash. We accept $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills.

10. Additional services

Laundry service is available at an extra cost.

Lúmina Spa services have an additional cost; the hydromassage pool is free for guests with a prior reservation.

Iron and ironing board available upon request.

Hair dryer available upon request.
