What are the available booking methods?

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out options?
Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability. There’s an additional charge of $20 for arrivals after 12:00 p.m. and $40 before noon. Late check-outs have a $20 fee for up to 2 extra hours, depending on availability.
Are pets allowed?
We love furry friends 🐾, but our facilities are not yet adapted to host pets. Thank you for your understanding!
Can I pay for my reservation directly at the hotel?
For direct bookings (without platforms), a 50% payment is required to confirm your stay, and the remaining balance can be paid upon arrival.
How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
We’ll send your booking confirmation to the email address or phone number you
How can I change my booking dates?
If you booked directly with us, you can request modifications via WhatsApp or phone call. If you booked through a platform, changes must be made through that platform.
What are the front desk hours?
Front desk: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Outside these hours, our virtual concierge and on-site staff will assist you with your check-in.
If I arrive late for check-in, will my reservation still be valid?
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to midnight. After that, it’s considered a “no show” unless you notify us in advance.
I need to cancel my reservation — what should I do?
If you booked directly with us, contact us via WhatsApp or phone call. If through a platform, manage the cancellation there.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 3 days before check-in. After that, one night plus taxes will be charged.
From what age is the guest rate applied?
Children under 12 stay free when presenting their passport.
What do I need for check-in?
A valid passport or ID.
Can I receive visitors?
Visitors are allowed from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. in common areas only.
What common areas are available?
Lounge area, breakfast terrace, and garden — open from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Can I smoke on the property?
Casa Lúmina is a smoke-free environment; smoking is not permitted.
Do you have parking?
Yes, but it must be reserved in advance. Please let us know if you’ll be arriving with a vehicle so we can secure your spot.
How can I book the Hot tub?
It’s part of our spa (paid service), but during our opening period, it’s available by complimentary appointment for guests.
What are the Hot tub hours?
Available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Is breakfast included in the reservation?
Yes. A continental breakfast made with fresh ingredients is included.
Do you have a convenience store?
Each room includes a paid snack bar, and drinks can be ordered at the front desk.
